Delivery Information

Delivery instructions:

Shipping cost will be calculated according to the dimensions of the product.  Orders shipped to rural delivery addresses may incur an extra fee. 
If you have any inquiries, please send your request through to sales@channelsupply.co.nz and we will process your order.

Delivery and shipping times

For all products shipping from our premises where we have stock to a New Zealand address we use CourierPost's service, this means that you should receive your order the next business day after we confirm your payment and process your order.  We do not process or deliver items on weekends or public holidays.

Products which are not in stock at our premises will sometimes be shipped directly to you from our supplier and may or may not take longer to deliver, please contact us to find out an estimated delivery time for these items.
